We are going to keep this simple. We at Jaysea Arts will not knowingly cause harm to your computer, mobile device, internet connection or person. You, our customer, will also not knowingly cause harm to our website, computers, mobile devices, internet connection, or persons.

Jaysea Arts Limitation of Liability

With regards to financial compensation, we will never cause intentional harm. If you feel our company has harmed you, you MAY be eligible for monetary compensation up to the amount of product(s) purchased in the singular product order when harm was caused.

Indemnity Clause

If you cause harm to our website, mobile devices, internet connection, or persons, you will correct the damage in a timely manner. You are financially responsible for any and all damages you cause to our company and persons.

We reserve the right to terminate any accounts at any time as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and website.
