Shipping Policy

We care that your item gets to quickly and in perfect condition!

All items are packaged using best practices to ensure no damage comes to your item enroute. 

​

We do our best to ship your items in 1-5 business days.

​

Items are shipped using the USPS postal services. USPS will transfer international mail to appropriate local providers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Nail Wraps & Decals

​

Return within 30 days of purchase.

​

Unopened, unused items accepted for a full refund. No opened or used items accepted.

 

To return:

1. Remove application supplies (you can keep these)

2. Place nail polish wraps and/or nail decals (max 3 items) and ONE outer Jaysea Nails packaging into a standard #10 mailing envelope

3. Mail to:

4. Add the following information in the top left corner of the envelope:

NAME

ADDRESS

COUNTRY

5. For domestic returns, use a standard postage stamp

6. For international rerturns, use an international postage stamp

7. If returning more than 3 items, use additional #10 envelopes (max three items per envelope)

 

Once we receive your package, we will provide a full refund!

Accessories

Return within 30 days of purchase.

​

Unopened, unused items accepted for a full refund MINUS cost of shipping.

To return:

1. We will send you a return shipping label

2. Repackage the item carefully in original box or one of similar size with appropriate cushion around item to ensure it will not be damaged en route​

  • Package dimensions must be 10" x 6" x 1" or less

3. Print return shipping label and attach to package

  • Be sure to completely cover the original shipping label

4. Leave in your mailbox or drop off at your nearest USPS office

Once we receive your item, we will send your full refund minus the cost of shipping.

Digital Purchases

​

Due to the nature of digital purchases, we cannot accept returns nor give refunds for digital items purchased.

​

Damaged Physical Items (digital items not included)

Thanks to regular quality testing and best practice mails packaging, problems with our products are rare. Should you encounter any problems, please accept our apologies!

​

We are happy to send a replacement or provide a full refund for any faulty items within 7 business days. 

​

Simply email us at jayseanils@gmail.com and provide the following information:

  • Detailed description of problem

  • Photo(s) of issue

  • For nail items, also include: application method used and approximate temperature of application area and hands/feet at time of application 

​

For nail products, no returns are necessary. 

​

For every other product, the item must be returned to our shop. A refund will be given upon receipt of the damaged item.
